MAC Stylishly Yours Virgin Isle Cream Colour Base Review & Swatches

MAC Stylishly Yours Collection is chock full of brights. Out of all the beautiful cream colour bases,  lipsticks and pigments, I only bought Virgin Isle Cream Colour Base and Dark Diversion Fludline (review & swatches in separate post).

Virgin Isle is a orangey coral, that bears some resemblance to Joie-de-Vivre Creamblend Blush of the MAC Lilyland Collection from last year.  Dabbed ever so lightly on the cheeks, it can be used for a light flush.  Otherwise, used heavily and it reminds me of Raggedy-Anne cheeks.  Whichever your choosing, this lasts all day, much unlike powder products.  When set with a bit of translucent powder, I can wear this all day without having to worry about touching it up midday or just before heading out for the evening.

I also must mention to try this out for lips, it works wonderfully and lasts just as well as most lipsticks.  Be sure to use a clean lip brush though, it'll make a much easier application.

Dual purpose and long wearing, Cream Colour Bases are definitely ones to check out :)
